Millard B. Lewis, 74, of Lisle, N.Y., passed away on Tuesday, June 20, 2006. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Lewis; one son, Millard E. (Jacquie) Lewis, Jr., Richland, Washington; two daughters, Vickie (Ron) Keibel, Whitney Point, Cheryl (John) Warobic, Crystal Lake, Illinois; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three nieces; and one nephew. Millard was a member of the Operating Engineers Local 410 and 106, and an avid gardener his whole life.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 6, 2006, at 7 p.m., from the Nichols Funeral Home, 7323 119th St., Whitney Point, N.Y. Rev. Bruce Glazier will be officiating. Burial will be in Lisle Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Nichols Funeral Home, Thursday, from 5 until service time at 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lisle Library, P.O. Box 305, Lisle, N.Y. 13797, or the Vestal Nursing Center, 860 Old Vestal Lane, Vestal, N.Y. 13850.
