Alice was the daughter of Leonard Harvey Norris and Bernice Adaline King. She was born and raised in Montana. She was the second wife of Quay DeForest Brackney. They married 6 Sep 1940 in Fort Benton, Chouteau County, Montana.
Quay's first wive was Fern Elsie Boyd and they had one daughter, Margaret. Quay and Fern divorced some time after the 1920 Census.
Alice and Quay did not have any children. At some point they moved from Montana to California. Quay died in California in 1973. Alice moved to Washington and died one day before her 90th birthday.
