William D. "Chipper" Bartley Jr., age 55, of Tipton, IN passed away on December 29, 2009 at Tipton Hospital in Tipton, IN. He was born on February 13, 1954 in Tipton, IN to William D. and Reita M. (Porter) Bartley Sr. Chipper was a 1972 graduate of Tipton High School. He was employed at Curtis Dyna in Westfield, IN. Survivors include a daughter, Felicia Bartley of Tipton, a son, Jason Bartley of Sarasota, FL, his parents, William Sr. and Reita Bartley of Tipton, a brother, Kent Bartley of Tipton, and a sister, Joan Lynch of Tipton. Funeral services will be held at the Porter Funeral Home on Thursday, December 31, 2009 at 3 PM with calling two hours prior the service. Pastor Kevin Carr will be officiating and interment will take place in Fairview Cemetery.
