Charles Edward Terry (1878-1945) was a highly successful physician in Jacksonville, Florida. In. 1910 he became the city's Health Officer. In August 1912, Jacksonville, Florida, passed an ordiance drafted by the city health officer, Charles Edward Terry, requiring that the health department be sent duplicate copies of prescriptions for medicines containing more than 3 grains of morphine or its equivalent.
Marion Louise Stuart and Charles E. Terry were divorced.
