OBITUARY - Plain Dealer, Wabash (IN)
Mrs. Daisy D. Mills, 86, widow of James T. (Jack) Mills, died at 2:10 a.m. Sunday in the Wabash County Hospital. She had been seriously ill one month.
A former resident of 144 Walnut Street, Mrs. Mills had made her home for the last one and one-half years with her brother-in-law, Cecil Mills and Mrs. Mills, 300 Columbus Street. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church and the Damon Club.
Mrs. Mills was born Jan. 16, 1873 in Wabash County to Elisha and Lavina (Scott) Dickerson and was a life resident of the city. She was married June 14, 1900 to Jack Mills who died March 22, 1957. A son, Arthur, two sisters, and one brother, also preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday in the Hoover-Miner Funeral Home with Dr. W.W. Wimberly officiating. #Burial will be in Falls Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.
