Arkansas; four daughters, Patricia Campbell of Los Angeles, California, Galena Campbell of Allude, Oklahoma, Sherry Gaston of Fayetteville and Paula of Rogers; his father and step-mother, Howard and Thelma Campbell of Rogers; his mother, Ethel Jensen of Blair, his sister, Delores McIntosh of Blair; three brothers, Howard Campbell of Minatare, Nebraska, Leroy Campbell of Blair and Jerry Campbell of Olathe, Kansas, and four grandchildren.
