Obituary:
Mrs. Cassie Lovina Lockridge, 68, died at her home in Noblesville Wednesday at her home in Noblesville after an illness of seven months. Mrs. Lockridge, the widow of the late James W. Lockridge, had lived in Kokomo before moving to Noblesville four years ago. She worked for several years for the Sharpsville Telephone Company.
She is survived by two sons, James W. Lockridge of West Point, Ky., and Earl F. Green of Indianapolis; a daughter, Mrs. Anna Day of Noblesville; a brother, David Hill of Windfall, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30a.m. Saturday at the Evans, Godby, and Trout Funeral Home in Noblesville with the Rev. Lloyd Hargett officiating. Burial will follow in Kokomo's Crown Point Cemetary.


Cassie's daughter, Mildred Louise, died at the age of 15 on March 24, 1940. She contracted infantile paralysis, Polio, at five months of age.
