Craig Baldwin was born to William Franklin Baldwin and Melba Pauline Withers Wyatt. His parents both preceded him in death. He was a member of the Christ's Church Leadership Team i Kaiser, Mo. He had been a seniour highway designer since 1985 for MODOT. Surviving are two brothers, Tommy Reid of Rocky Mount and Sean Baldwin from Arizona, several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousings. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. at christ's Church with Gary Maher officiating. Burial was in Eldon Cemetery under the direction of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon
