Leonard J. Wulf was born December 20, 1909 at Arlington. He grew up at Arlington and farmed northeast of Arlington until 1965 when he moved into Arlington. He graduated from Barber College and was a barber for several years at Arlington. He later worked at Valmont Industries at Valley. He was a resident of Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Blair since 1990. Leonard was a member of the Arlington Community Church. He. served on the Arlington Housing Authority Board and was its president when the Leisure Life Apartments were built in 1986.
He married Muriel Plugge Wulf May 23, 1934 at Arlington, She preceded him in death April 4, 1987.
