Wladyslaw was born in Poland and immigrated to Chicago abt 1902. He was a cabinet maker. He lived at 531 Noble St. in 1902, when his wife and children immigrated and stated their address. Wladyslaw married Julia (Poland) & they had 3 children: Joseph, Teddy & John. His death certificate states he was buried in St. Adalbert's.
