She was married to late E.W. Sandage on November 4, 1923, and he preceded her in death on May 15, 1995.
She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Eunice Manns, one son, Harry Sandage, and four brothers: Fred, Edison, Dudley, and Bob Gower.
Survivors include the following: two sons, Jerry Sandage of Caruthersville, and Michael Sandage of Wardell; four daughters, Minnie Pike of Caruthersville, Marge Jauch of Park Hills, MO., and Gaye Dillard and Judy Stockton, both of Clinton, Ky.; one brother, Clyde Gower of Odessa, Tex.; one sister, Alma West of Kokomo, Ind., 19 grandchildren, and 24 great grandchildren, and 24 great grandchildren, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Services were held at Wardell Baptist Church on Wednesday, September 23, 1998, at 11:00 a.m. at the Wardell Baptist Church, with Rev. Darrell Jauch officiating. Burial was in the Wardell Memorial Cemetery.
