He has lived in the Savannah area for the past 20 years. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Helen Gates and Harold Hicks. Survivors: mother and step-father, Edna Moore and Lester Durden of Tallahassee; father and step-mother, Tom and Marilyn Moore of Alaska; brothers, Ronnie Raker and Brad Moore.
