After a brief illness Mrs. Marguerita McIlwane died yesterday at her home, 1508 North Pine street. Mrs. McIlwane was 67 years of age and a resident of San Antonio for the past 27 years. She is survived by four children. They are all well known in San Antonio and are as follows: Mrs. George Lowther, Mrs. Alice Uhl, Mrs. Archie Akins and W. A. McIlwane, passenger brakeman on the Southern Pacific railway. The deceased was a member of the Knights and Ladies of Honor. The funeral will take place this afternoon at 4:30 o'clock from the family residence, interment being in city cemetery No. 4.
