Louisa Paris Fasnacht, 81, of Chicago, died early Saturday morning at Jacksonville Illinois. She was a native of Hardin County, born in the Hicks Community, September 25, 1880, the daughter of A. M. and Josephine Turner-Paris. Survivors include the widower Samuel Fasnacht, one son, Virgil H. Williams of Dix, Illinois, one sister, Laura Arnold of Bunker Hill, IL., two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Mrs. Fasnacht was a sister of the late Dr. J. L. Paris of Elizabethtown. She was preceeded in death by her parents, three brothers, one sister and one son Arvel A. Travelstead. Mrs. Fasnacht was first married to Timothy Williams in 1899. Later she was married to Anthony A. Travelstead. He died in 1927. Her third marriage to Fred Wurthman ended in 1938 when he died and in June 1940 she was married to Mr. Fasnacht. She was a member of Bethany General Baptist Church in Hardin County. Funeral services were held Monday at 2:00 pm at the Rosiclare Church of Christ with Brother B. G. Langston in charge. Burial wa in the Flourine Cemetery. The body lay in state after Monday at the Hosick Funeral Home in Rosiclare.
