Audrey L. Coffman, 79, of Chattanooga, Tenn. went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, November 17, 2009 surrounded by her family.
She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, and friend.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Coffman, Jr.; mother, Cora Mae Frisbee; father, Norman Patrick; and brother & sister-in-law, James and Gwen Patrick.
Survivors include her sister, Gwen Brooks of Chattanooga; five children, Sandi (Ron) Seals of Chattanooga, Susie Hicks of Green Cove Springs, FL, David Coffman, of Chattanooga, Darrell (Cathy) Coffman of Harrison, TN, and Steve Coffman of Chattanooga; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:00 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel with her son, Chaplain Darrell Coffman, officiating.
Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends Friday from 3-8p.m. at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, Rossville.
