John Schneider, 75, of 514 Federal Av., a retired customs broker, died yesterday in a hospital.
Rosary will be said at 7:30 o'clock Sunday evening at the Bonney-Watson Co. Requiem Mass will be said at 9:30 o'clock Monday morning at St. Joseph's Church. Burial will be in Holyrood.
Born in Schofield, Wis., Mr. Schneider came to Seattle in 1909. He retired about four years ago as traffic manager for the George S. Bush & Co., Inc.
Mr. Schneider had lived in Suquamish, Kitsap County, 30 years until July. He was a member of St. Peter's Parish there.
Surviving are his wife, Sarah; three sons, John, Seattle; Richard, Richland, and Robert Schneider, Bellevue; two daughters, Sister Helen Mary, S.N.J.M., of the Holy Names Academy, Seattle, and Mrs. C.W. Best, Andover, Mass.; a sister, Miss Mary H. Schneider, Seattle, and 19 grandchildren.
