NOTICE OF SALE, VALUABLE REAL ESTATE

Notice is hereby given that on Monday, August 10, 1903 between the hours of 9 o'clock a. m. and 2 o'clock p. m. of said day at the front door of the late residence of Edwin A. Barr and Eliza A. Barr, now both deceased at No. 215 Charles street in Sistersville, Tyler county, West Virginia. I will offer and sell at public sale for cash (reserving the right, however, to reject any and all bids) the real and personal property of which the said Edwin A. Barr died seized and possessed and by him devised by his last will and testament. Said property consists of valuable real estate on Charles street, in addition to household and kitchen furniture. The residence building now occupied by Mrs. Jane Ellen Pool, is reserved from the sale of said real estate the same not pertaining thereto. Given under my hand this 31st day of July, 1903, G. L. Lowther, Executor of Edwin A. Barr, deceased.

G. L. Lowther, attorney in fact for all the devisees under the last will and testament of said Edwin A. Barr deceased.
