Mr. Siebert had retired as an accountant after 46 years. He had been employed with Texaco Inc., the City of Norfolk and the Commonwealth of Virginia. He was a Methodist. He was a member of Corinthian Masonic Lodge 266; Scottish Rite Bodies, Valley of Norfolk; and Khedive Shrine Temple. He was an officer of the Texaco Square Club.
Survivors include a daughter, Brenda S. Noveske of Midlothian.
The funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday in Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel. Burial with Masonic rites will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Friends may join the family from 7 to 8 p.m. today in the funeral home.
