Mrs. Lewellyn was an active member of Woodland Park Baptist Church, where she enjoyed singing in the choir.
She was the daughter of Charles and Maggie Carroll, both now deceased.
Mrs. Lewellyn was a homemaker. She loved working in her garden, her family said.
She is survived by her husband, Wayne Lewellyn; two daughters, Pat Finger and her husband, Mike, of Oak Ridge, and Debi Norton and her husband, Jerry, of Alcoa; two sons, Gary Lewellyn and Jeff Lewellyn and his wife, Lisa, all of Oak Ridge; and seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Mrs. Lewellyn is also survived by two sisters, Lois McLane of Lenoir City and Jerry Golden of Surgoinsville; three sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Arwood of Lenoir City, Velma Farmer of Huntsville, Ala., and Polly Byrd of Knoxville; and by several nieces and nephews.
Among her many friends she considered special are Stella Smith, Adele Haun and Ruby and H.C. Shanks.
A sister, Jesse Carroll, two brothers, Bud Carroll and Sonny Carroll, a granddaughter, Caitlin Norton, and three brothers-in-law, Jim Farmer, Billy Golden and Elmer Lewellyn, died earlier.
The funeral will be held at 8 tonight, March 18, in the chapel of Sharp Funeral Home in Oliver Springs with the Rev. Daniel Mayes officiating.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 19, at Oak Ridge Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight at the funeral home.
