Elizabeth was born in Londonderry Township and was the first daughter of Clarence B. and Ethel M. Alwine Good. She was a retired seamstress for the former Roughwear, Middletown and manager of the former Keystone Hotel, Hummelstown. She had over 1000 volunteer hours at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, Hershey; was a volunteer at the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Lebanon; and delivered Meals on Wheels in the Hummelstown area.
In 1987 she received, for her many contributions to the community, the "Hummelstown Outstanding Citizen Honor Award," an award presented annually by the Hummelstown Lions Club. She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church, Hummelstown and its Sojourners Class and United Methodist Women. She was Past 19th District President of the American Legion Auxiliary Department of Pennsylvania covering Dauphin, Cumberland and Perry Counties; Past President of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 265, Hummelstown, and a member of the La Petite Chapeau, 8 & 40. She was a member and former Secretary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary Post 1687, Hummelstown. She was a Life Member and former Board Member of the Hummelstown Women's Club. She was a member of the Hummelstown Golden Age Club; the Curlique Square Dancers; and the International Ladies Garment Workers Union.
She was the widow of Milton M. Wagner Sr, who preceded her in death on January 16, 1989. She was survived by two sons: Milton M. Wagner, Jr., of Middletown, and Errol Keith Wagner of Russell, Kentucky; two daughters, Margaretta W., wife of Charles J. Morrow, Jr., of Rutherford Heights, and Donna W., wife of Terry L. Koons of Scottsdale, Arizona; a brother Walter C. Good of Middletown; a sister, Margaretta E., wife of Richard H. Hartwell of Hummelstown; 8 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
