Mr. Loving, son of Oliver Loving, Sr, was active as a rancher and banker in Jermyn, Texas and Graham, Texas.
He was raised in Jermyn, Texas and attended schools at Jermyn, Texas and in Young County, Texas. He was a member of the Jermyn Masonic Lodge and an outstanding citizen of Northwest Texas.
Survived by his wife; two children - Peggy Lois Loving and Oliver Loving, III; two sisters - Mrs. E.S. Graham and Mrs. Roy Jackson; one sister-in-law - Mrs. Will Loving; nieces and nephews.
