Services for Otto H Karnatz, 78, of 3238 W Christy Drive will be at 1 pm tomorrow in Hansen's Sunnyslope Chapel. Burial will be in Glendale Rest Haven Park Cemetery. Mr Karnatz a retired farmer, was born in St Francis, Kansas and came here two years ago from Crossville, Tenn. He is survived by his wife, Ruth, 2 sons, Otto, Jr of Hendersonville, Tenn and Kenneth of Norwalk, California, two daughters, Mrs Virginia Powers of Phoenix and Mrs Betty Spady of Denver; a sister and brother out of state, 13 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
