According to two newspaper articles in the 1903, Carthage (Missouri) Evening Press of June 3 & 15 found by Nancy Brewer, Louise was an invited guest of Harriette Flora Gray at her Benton avenue home in Springfield, MO along with eleven other lady's for a week of entertainment, including a two day excursion to Arkansas' resort, Monte Ne, aboard Carl Gray's private railroad car.
