By the June 1850 census, all three of the above named Fuller daughters were enumerated one after the other in age order as students at a Female Seminary at Troy, NY where they were prepared as teachers. By 1855 all three had ventured to the vicinity of Louisville, KY presumably as teachers, Mary Jane in particular being engaged in 1860 as a private tutor by a prosperous farm family at Franklin County, KY. In 1870 Eliza was residing in the household of her dau. Phebe and husband William Anderson at Louisville where it is believed she died. She was, however, interred at Danville, Boyle County, KY where her eldest daughter was then living.
