Gwendolyn "Gwen" Leverenz, 81, of Hoopeston, Il. died at 5:25 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009, at the Hoopeston Community Nursing Home.
She was born Aug. 9, 1928 in Hoopeston to Francis and Daisy Miles Drollinger. She married Ronald G. Leverenz on June 17, 1950 in Wellington, Il. He survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Jackie Leverenz of Hoopeston; one grandson, Darren Conrad of Paris, Il.; one great-granddaughter, Brianna and one sister-in-law, Ruth Drollinger of Hoopeston.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Harold Drollinger.
