Mrs. Martha Raezer, widow of the late Peter Raezer, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John R. Shirk, Ephrata, on Saturday, aged 80 years, death resulting from a complication of diseases. The following children survive: Josiah P. Raezer, of Akron; Mrs. E. S. Reemsnyder, of Ephrata; Mrs. Morgan Kalbach and Scott Raezer, of Reading; Mrs. William Smith, of Lancaster, and Mrs. John R. Shirk, of Ephrata. Fifteen grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren also sruvive. The deceased also leaves two sisters and one brother as follows: Mrs. Joseph Burkholder, of Farmersville; Mrs. W. W. Busser, of near Intercourse and Samuel Powl, of Lancaster. The funeral was held from her late home on Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock with further services in Trintiy Lutheran church at 2 o'clock. Interment was made in Bergstrasse Lutheran church cemetery.
