SUDDEN DEMISE OF MRS. JANE MARTIN

Mrs. Jane Martin, beloved mother of Hon. Frank Martin and Thomas B. Martin, quietly passed away yesterday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock in the home of the former attorney general, 1120 Washington street. Her death, which was unexpected, followed a sever attack of pneumonia, with with she was seized last Friday. She resided with her son Frank who, with his brother Thomas, was at his mother's side when the end came. Mrs. Martin is also survived by a daughter, who resides in Long valley near Van Wyck.

No arrangements have yet been made for the funeral. Frank Martin is quite ill of pneumonia, and it is likely that his sister will be communicated with if possible and advised of her mother's death before the hour for the service is set.
