Nadine Sims Eller passed away Thursday, October 29, 2009 at a local hospital. Mrs. Eller was born June 16, 1928 in Atmore, AL.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Eller; a stepson, Danny C. Eller, Sr.; sisters, Arlene Gentry, Audrey "Mutt" Watford and Laurine Travis; brothers, Earl Sims and Elbert "Top" Sims.
She is survived by her stepson, Ronnie Eller (Donna); and step-daughter, Debra Longwell (Jon); her sisters, Ellen Ard, Maxine Powell and many nieces and nephews.
Nadine was a wonderful woman who was always there for her family and will be missed greatly missed.
Funeral services will be held 11:45 am Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at Faith Chapel North, Hwy. 29 S., Cantonment, with the Rev. Jimmy Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday, November 2, 2009 from 5pm to 8pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Hospice Organization of your choice in memory of Nadine.
