First medical doctor in the Golinda area. Two of his daughters died within two weeks of his death. One of his daughters, Laura Erna, may be buried here as well. He was the son of Samuel and Sarah Jamison Chamblin Miller, of S.C. His wife was Laura Elizabeth Newkirk Henry. He and his family are listed on the Falls County census of 1880.
