Ardell was the son of Albert and Ceadia "Becker" Rauscher. He was a 25 year volunteer firefighter at Clay Center, Nebraska. He was a 19 year retiree of the city of Clay Center. He also worked 5 years as a lineman for Clay County. He was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church. His sons; Roger & Randy; grandchildren, Jordan, Alaina Rauscher, Chriswell, Shelby, ReAnna Rauscher, brother & sister-in-law; Dwane and Laura, sisters & brothers-in-law; Aralyis and John Reid, Elaine and David Dirksen. Many nieces & nephews. Special friend; Carol Gilland. Preceded in death by father Albert & brother Harlan Dell. Ardell lived with the progressive debilitative effects of Multiple Sclerosis for several years. He elected to be cremated and his ashes are buried alongside his parents.
