"MRS. BOSARGE DEAD"

"Mrs. Minnie Williams Bosarge died this morning at 8:30 o'clock after an illness of short duration. She was 40 years of age. Besides her husband, Henry A. Bosarge, she leaves a mother, Mrs. Ellen(sic) Williams, three sisters, Mrs. Frank Covacevich, Mrs. Kate DeJean and Miss Lilly Williams, and four brothers, Edward, James, Ernest and Carroll Williams, all of whom reside in this city. Mrs. Bosarge was born and reared in Biloxi. and leaves besides her relatives scores of friends who will be shocked to learn of her untimely death. The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon from her late residence, corner Fayard and West Jackson streets. Interment will be made in the Biloxi cemetery."

"The funeral of Mrs. Minnie Bosarge, who died in this city yesterday morning at 8:30 o'clock, will be held tomorrow afternoon from her late residence, 143 Fayard street. It was announced that the funeral would be held this afternoon before the Herald went to press yesterday, but it was afterwards changed until tomorrow. Rev. C. B. Crawford will conduct the services".

Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Records, Book 3, page 246: Minnie was the w/o Henry Bosarge. Her father, James Willliams, was from Mandeville, La., and her mother , Elenora Wentzel, was from Biloxi.
