"CLIFFORD C. GRIGGS
Funeral services for Clifford Cecil Griggs, 74, a retired Puget Sound marine pilot, will be held at 1 0'clock tomorrow at the White mortuary. Cremation will follow.
Mr. Griggs, 3123 W. Thistle St., died Friday at his home. He was born in Grand Forks, N.D. He moved to Wenatchee in 1892 and first piloted steamboats on the Columbia River. He came to Seattle in 1917.
Surviving are his wife, Annie; two sons, John M., and Cliff C. Griggs, Jr., and a brother Bruce A. Griggs, Los Angeles."
Cremains are at Evergreen Washelli, Seattle, King, Washington, USA Located in the Sanctuary of Hope.
