Channing Bryant of 66 Grove St., died Saturday [8 Dec] afternoon at 3:30 o'clock at St. Mary's Hospital [Amsterdam, NY], after an illness of 1 week, of pneumonia, aged 45 years [c/b 55]. He was born at Ballston Spa, but made this city [Amsterdam] his residence for the last 20 years. He was employed at the garage of W. S. Finlay.
Besides his wife he is survived by 6 daughters, Mrs. Dudley Brooker, Mrs. John Boint, Mrs. William Point, Dorothy, Eleanor and June Bryant; 3 sons, Floyd, Anson and Harry, all of this city; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Bryant of Ballston Spa; several brothers and sisters, and 1 granddaughter.
The remains were removed to the Gilston Funeral Home where the funeral was held this afternoon at 2 o'clock. The interment was at Ballston Spa.
