Patricia A. Willibey, 59, of Foote Avenue, Jamestown, formerly of Conewango Valley, passed away at 10 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2009, in Heritage Park Rehab & Skilled Nursing in Jamestown.
She was born July 12, 1950, in Jamestown. the daughter of the late Phillip ''Bud'' and Helen Emmy Willsie Willibey.
She was a 1968 graduate of Randolph Central School. She had owned and operated Patty's Beauty Salon in Conewango Valley and had also worked as a hairdresser for the O'Rourke & O'Rourke Funeral Home and the Clinton Style House, both of Salamanca. Patricia was a life member of the Cherry Creek Veterans of Foreign Wars Post, she enjoyed doing hair, walking and spending time with her family.
She is survived by two sons: Troy G. Kennelley and Todd P. Kennelley, both of Jamestown; brother-in-law, Herb Weaver of Jamestown; and her niece and nephew: Tammy Reichard of Falconer, and Mark Weaver of Jamestown. She was preceded in death by her father, Bud in 1984; mother, Emmy in 2000; and sister, Phyllis Weaver in 2005.
