Vincenzo Grosso was born in Italy. He owned a jewelry story on Mulberry Street. Vincenzo's parents were Pasquale and Maria "Altomonte" Grosso, his brother was Alphonse Grosso. He married Gesualda Pernetti on February 11th, 1897. Their son Ernesto "Ernest" Grosso was born in Manhattan, New York on May 18, 1899. They lived in New York for sometime, then moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Eventually, they returned to New York.
