E.W. JOHNSON, 86, DIED AT CROWELL HOME THURSDAY
Edward W. (E.W.) Johnson, a resident of Crowell Memorial Home died there early Thursday morning following a brief illness. He was the father of Wilmer B. Johnson, well-known Blair businessman.
Mr. Johnson was born at Bradish, Nebraska in Pierce County but lived for many years in Fremont where he was engaged in the Real Estate business. He moved to the Crowell Home several years ago following the death of his wife, Jessie.
He is survived by one son, Wilmer B. Johnson of Blair who operates the Coast to Coast Store here. A granddaughter, Mrs. Ann Wakefield of Blair, also survives. A brother, Emil Johnson, resides in California.
Funeral services were held Saturday, November 20th at the Campbell Mortuary with the Rev. Charles Gates of United Methodist Church conducting the service. Burial was made at Memorial Park in Fremont following the service at Blair.
