Marie E. Euler, age 87, of Chattanooga, Tenn. passed away Wednesday, October 07, 2009 in a local hospital.
She was born February 13, 1922 in Nelma, Wisconsin to the late Wallace and Lucy Norris Cornwell.
Mrs. Euler was a member of Grace Baptist Church and the Maranatha Sunday School Class. She was also a member of Gideons International.
She was preceded in death by 4 brothers and 2 sisters.
Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Marvin Euler; son, Dr. Steve Euler and his wife, Mary of Chattanooga; daughter, Tammi Steward of Knoxville; grandchildren, Dr. Steven Euler of Dayton, Ohio; Peter (Laura) Euler of Charleston, South Carolina; Katherine (Ben) Fisher of Sale Creek; Elizabeth (Tommy) Dull of Fayetteville, North Carolina; Taffi (Jeff) Davenport of Lucerne, Tennessee; Terri (Cory) Troyer of Columbus, Indiana; Evan Steward of Minneapolis, Minnesota; great-grandchildren, Tabitha and Jacob Davenport, Bailie and McKenzie Dull and Taylor Fisher.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at Grace Baptist Church with Rev. Harris Sturmer and Rev. Bill Summers officiating.
Burial will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends Friday from 6-8 p.m. at the East Brainerd Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
