Son of Walter and Catherine ____ Cook of Weymouth and Mendon.
He married, first, on Nov 4,1684 at Mendon,MA, Johannah Rockwood. He married, second, on Dec 18,1712, Mehitable (Hayward) Staples, the widow of Abraham Staples Jr.
Children(by first marriage): Josiah Cook, Nicholas Cook Jr, Johanna Cook, Mary Cook Holbrook, Josiah Cook, Ann Cook Partridge, Seth Cook, Daniel Cook, David Cook, Abigail Cook, and Noah Cook.
Children(by second marriage): an infant son.
He was a proprietor of the Town of Bellingham, and a short biography can be found on that town's webpage, here. It indiocates there that he was buried in Bellingham South Cemetery, but this is likely a misinterpretation of Scott Cemetery as there is no South Cemetery in Bellingham.
