"Grant E. Liddick, aged 75 years, died at 9 o'clock Friday evening at his home in Lake Park. He was born in Perry County, son of William H. and Martha (Keysberry) Liddick. He is survived by three daughters, Margaret, Lottie and Edna, whose last known addresses were Altoona, also two brothers and two sisters, Edward J., rear 24 West Elizabeth Street; John H., 12 Delaware Avenue; Mrs. Susan R. Silks, Klondike, and Mrs. Harry (Bertha) Vollmer, Harrisburg.
He attended Lake Park Methodist Church. He was a charter member of Lewistown Order of Owls. Last fall Mr. Liddick visited the Red Cross headquarters, South Main Street, and became the first enrollee for the Mifflin County Membership drive, an honor which for years had been the late Joseph McLaughlin's.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at Barchus Funeral Home in charge of his pastor, Rev. Victor B. Hann. Interment will be in the Methodist Cemetery, West Fourth Street. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 o'clock Monday afternoon and until time for services."
