Robert Tyrell, formerly of Decatur, died at 4 o'clock Friday afternoon at his home near Pleasant Grove, four miles south of Decatur. He was forty-eight years old in February. His death was caused by pneumonia after an illness of a little over three weeks. Mr Tyrell was born in Hoopeston, Ill, Feb 15?, 1877. Before moving to the country, Mr Tyrell was a teamster in Decatur, residing in the southeast part of the city, and was well known here. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Catherine Tyrell, a son
William Tyrell, and three stepdaughters, Mrs Grace Abel, Mrs. Dora Miller and Mrs, Bessie Lemmon, all of Decatur. He also leaves two brothers and two sisters, Joseph Tyrell
of Rossville, James Tyrell of Alvin, Mrs. Maude Redman and Mrs. Dessie Streets, both of Hoopeston. The body was removed to the Moran & Sons undertaking establishment and prepared for burial.
