Morgan Eugene Allen, age 75, passed away Friday October 2, 2009.

Mr. Allen was a native of Wilkinson County but made his home in Milledgeville. He worked for J.P. Stevens and owned and operated Allen's Grocery for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents Joe Walker and Jewell Irene Bloodworth Allen and a sister Ruth Allen.

Survivors include two daughters Wanda Halligan (Johnny) of Milledgeville and Donna Yawn (Glenn) of Dublin, a sister Lillie Mae Giles (Billy) of Milledgeville, 5 grandchildren,
9 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
