Born February 8, 1907 at Wagoner, Mr. Sullivan had lived most of his life in Wagoner and Cherokee Counties. He had owned and operated the Sullivan Pro Hardware and Tile the past 17 years. Before entering the hardware business, Mrs. Sullivan had been a farmer-rancher. He was a member of the Immanuel Baptist church.
Mr. Sullivan is survived by his widow, Mrs. Alma Sullivan of the home; a son Harold Loy Sullivan of Oklahoma; a daughter, Mrs. Mary (Sullivan) Hicks of Hobbs, New Mexico, a sister, Mrs. Helen Haas of Muskogee, and five grandchildren.
Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery directed by Mallett Funeral Home. Pallbearers will include Gene Toney, Lee Reilly, Benn McKalip, Tim Pascoe, Willie Rice, and Ted Bartell.
