OBITUARY - Sentinel, Fort Wayne (IN) - Friday, October 24, 1913
Wabash, Ind. Oct 24--Mrs. Hannah Phillips, an aged resident of this county, passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Adelia [Moore] Mariner, north of Lagro, yesterday afternoon shortly after 2 o'clock, death being due to the infirmaties of old age combined with stomach trouble.
Mrs. Phillips was born September 4, 1822 and was at the time of her death 92 years of age. She had spent the better part of her life in Wabash county.
Mrs. Phillips is survived by three daughters: Mrs. Mary Bridges of this city, Mrs. Adelia Mariner of north of Lagro, with whom she lived, and Mrs. Fannie Chamness of California.
Daughter of William Wimmer (1794-1888) and Sarah Templeton Wimmer (1788-1856); siblings - Flemmon, James, Lucinda, John, Sarah, Isaac, Mary and William Perry Wimmer. First married abt 1845 in Grant Co, Indiana to James M. Moore; he died in 1874. They were the parents of:

Died at age 91 years, 1 month, 19 days. Cause of death: Cancer.
