Lonnie Pitchford
Birth: Oct. 8, 1955
Death: Nov. 8, 1998

Blues Musician. He was raised in poverty in the Mississippi Delta and was known for inventing makeshift musical instruments out of found objects, often playing these instruments on stage and in recording sessions. His most famous was called the "Diddley bow", with a guitar string that was tight enough to play.
