Harry George Bailey, 63, of Kittanning, father of two Freeport women, died suddenly yesterday morning at 1:30 in his home in the Linnon Building, Market and Jefferson street, Kittanning. Apparently in good health, he suffered a heart attack yesterday morning and died minutes later. Born in Goheenville, Armstrong County, July 24, 1887, he was the son of Samuel and Elizabeth Darr Bailey. Besides his widow, Mrs. Icy Gillis Bailey, he leaves three daughters: Mrs. Murray Brown of Freeport; Mrs. Timothy Lasher, of Kittanning and Mrs. Mary Hazlett, of Freeport; one son, Joseph Bailey of Kittanning; eight grandchildren, a brother, Robert Bailey, of Kittanning, and five sisters: Mrs. Carolyn McMillen, of Cleveland, O., Mrs. Susie Harringer, of Templeton, Mrs. Lucy Wilson of Pittsburgh, Mrs. Ida Roudybush, of Baltimore, Md., and Mrs. Amelia Coyle of Pittsburgh. Friends are being received in the Smith Funeral Home, Kittanning, where funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2:30 in charge of Rev. Clair D. Walker, pastor of Church of Nazarene, Kittanning. Interment will be made in Kittanning Cemetery.
