Felix, a lifelong resident of El Llano, passed away in Tierra Amarilla after a sudden illness. He was predeceased by his parents Jose Ambrosio Espinoza and Teresa Atencio.

Felix was survived by his wife Apolonia of the home, daughters Socorro Chavez of El Guique and Orlinda Martinez of El Llano; a son Juan F. Espinoza of El Llano; a sister Inez Borrego of Ranchitos; a brother Benito of El Llano; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives.

Funeral services were 21 Aug 1989 in Holy Cross Church in Santa Cruz. Burial followed in Holy Cross Cemetery.
