Mrs.Dolly Ford Boone,a former Monroe Countain,died at Suburban Hospital in Louisville,Ky. She was 74 years of age,the daughter of the late Henry Clay and Sarah Ann Rhoton Ford,and the widow of the late Buford Boone.
Mrs.Boone taught school in Monroe County for a number of years.
She is survived by two daughters,Ramona Wilson and Juanita Wisman.two sons,Witt Boone and Jackie Ned Boone;one sister Mrs. Vessie Hammer;three brothers,Otto
Ford and Claude Ford and Ervin Ford.There are several grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at the O.D.White Funeral Home,with burial in Resthaven Cemetery.
Some of those attending the services from this area were Charles and Glaydelle Hammer.Miss Bertha Wood,Fred Thompson,Ranzie Thompson,Jo Ann Rompala and Mrs. Wallace Strode and daughter.
