Louisa Jane (Noddin) Murray was born 19 Feb 1872 in Crawford, Maine and died at her home 127 Oxford Street in Millinocket, Maine on 02 Apr 1964 at age 92. Louisa was the daughter of Eliakiam and Alice (Jamieson) Noddin and the widow of Walter S. Murray Sr., who died 20 years before her. At the time of her death, Louisa had been a resident of Millinocket for 62 years and was a member of the Millinocket Baptist Church. She was survived by daughter Mrs. Alice McQuade of Millinocket; sons Earl C. Murray of Millinocket, Harold E. of East Millinocket, and Walter S. Murray Jr. of Bristol, Conn.; 16 grandchildren; and 34 great-grandchildren. Louisa's funeral was held at the Millinocket Baptist Church on 04 Apr 1964 with interment in the Medway Cemetery later that spring.
