Daughter of Matthew and Nancy Perkins Gibson; wife of Isaac Jacob "Gruffy" Russell, Jr., whom she married Dec. 20, 1852. She was born Jan. 1830 (1900 Blount Co. Census) in Sevier Co., TN (DC of son Thomas.) She died in 1903, but was still alive in Jan. (per sons' lawsuit/petition for division of their father's land.) She was usually called by her middle name "Jane"; in a couple of cases, she was called "Liza", thus the "L. Jane" on her tombstone. This couple had 12 kids.
Isaac Anderson Russell (1859-1934), son of Isaac and Eliza Jane, married Mary Jane Long (1863-1918), daughter of Andrew Cowan Long and Sarah Elizabeth Headrick, May 22, 1881. This couple had 13 children, one of whom was John "Brack" Russell. He and 5 brothers went to California in the early 1900s. John "Brack" Russell was the husband of Edna Mary Horton.
