Joe was born to Pete Elizondo & Susie Vann Elizondo. He graduated from Thomas Jefferson H.S. in 1952.Was married to Barbara Jean Savarino which whom he had 2 children (George Edward Elizondo, & Joey Pete Elizondo). Also was married to Mary Castille which whom he had one child (Jodie Rene Weeks Hebert). At one time he worked for the Texas Highway Dept as a Surveyor. Worked in construction and at one time had his own concretre construction business. Loved the game of fastpitch softball in which he excelled
